摘要
探讨了发泡体系中一氟二氯乙烷(HCFC141b)与水的物质的量比对聚氨酯封孔材料发泡倍数、发泡时间、固化时间、强度和开孔率的影响。结果表明,随着发泡体系中水比例的增加,材料的发泡倍数先增大后不变,材料的发泡时间和固化时间减小;在HCFC141b与水的物质的量比为1∶3时,发泡倍数达到最大值20倍;全水发泡时,发泡时间为265 s,固化时间为851 s。材料的强度先减小后不变,当HCFC141b与水的物质的量比为1∶3时,压缩强度降为最小值0.692 MPa,冲击强度降为最小值0.56 k J/m2。材料的开孔率随着发泡体系中水比例的增加而增加。
The paper discussed the influence of the proportion of water and HCFC141b of the foaming system on foaming ratio, foaming and solidification time, intensity and opening rate of polyurethane foam sealing material. The results show that with the increase of the proportion of water in the foaming system, the foaming ratio of the material increases first and then remains unchanged, and the curing and foaming time decreases ; when the mole ratio of HCFC141b to water is 1 : 3, the foaming ratio reached the maximum value of 20 times ; the foaming time is 265 s and the curing time is 851 s in the case of water forming. The strength of the material decreases first and the/a remains unchanged with the increase of the proportion of water; when the mole ratio of HCFC141b to water is 1 : 3, the compression strength reduces to the minimum value of 0. 692 MPa and the impact strength reduces to the minimum value of 0. 56 kJ/m2. The Opening rate increases with the increase in the percentage of water in the foaming system.
