摘要 重型燃气轮机为保证燃烧稳定性对燃烧室入口前的天然气参数有着严格的要求,天然气参数控制的准确性与天然气供应系统的动态调节能力密切相关。为此基于模块化建模的理念建立了可用于性能分析的天然气供应系统仿真模型。根据真实系统各部件的功能,设计了流量输出型和压力输出型两类模块,不同类模块可直接对接,同类模块则利用容积惯性环节桥接,解决了实时非迭代仿真的问题。加入以PID控制原理设计的天然气压力、温度和流量控制器,在Matlab/Simulink上实现了整体仿真模型的搭建。上述模型的仿真结果表明,模型能够较为准确地反映天然气供应系统的调节能力,为进一步进行燃烧室和燃料系统的联合仿真和控制的研究提供了依据。 The parameters of natural gas that supplied to the combustor of the heavy duty gas turbine need to sat- isfy strict requirements for the purpose of combustion stability, the accuracy of parameters control is related with the dynamic adjustment ability of gas supply system. So the simulation model of gas supply system which can be used for performance analysis is constructed based on modular construction. According to the function of real system compo- nents, flow output type and pressure output type model is designed. The same type model can be connected directly, and the different type model can be bridge connected by a volume inertia model, solving the problem of real time and non- iterative simulation. After adding the natural gas pressure, temperature and flow controller designed on PID principle, the overall simulation model is constructed on Matlab/Simulink. The simulation result shows that the simu- lation model can accurately describe the whole performance of the gas supply system and provide evidence for the fur- ther research on combined simulation of gas supply system and combustor.
