摘要
基于昆明某基坑支护工程,采用土钉墙-双排桩联合支护体系的基坑支护方案,对基坑开挖过程中周边土体水平位移、沉降及周边建筑物处土体沉降进行了监测分析.基坑周边土体变形监测结果表明:基坑开挖过程中周边土体变形在初期变化较快,锚索施加完成之后,土体变形稳定,最大水平位移接近11 mm;基坑周边土体最大沉降25 mm左右,邻近建筑物处土体最大沉降接近15 mm,差异沉降2 mm,均小于变形预警值,达到基坑支护要求,结果为类似工程提供参考.
Based on a foundation pit excavation in Kunming, the supporting method of soil nailing wall combined with double row piles was adopted, and the foundation pit monitoring of soil horizontal displacement, settlement was conducted. The pit monitoring results were analyzed, and the law of soil deformation was obtained. The maximum horizontal displacement is about 11 mm, the maximum soil settlement is 25 mm, the soil near the adjacent building is about 15 mm, and the differential settlement is about 2 mm. All the soil deformation is smaller than the warning value, which can be a reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
