机械事故排查预警机制设置的四大要素是机构、流程、预警等级、预控对策的设置。以某矿事故预警机制执行案例,验证机械事故排查预警机制对于控制煤矿安全的有效性。该预警机制能有效的将"解决事故"转化为"预防事故",为煤矿安全隐患排查提供理论依据和数据支持。
Troubleshooting and early warning system for mechanical accidents consists of four elements： mechanism, process, early warning grade, and pre-control strategies. Taking the case of an early-warning system in some mine, the validity of the system on security control was tested. The pre-warning system could effectively transform solving accidents into preventing accidents, which could provide a theoretical foundation and data support to check hidden accidents for mines.
