摘要 随着媒体网络技术的发展,序列图像网络传输变得愈加频繁。一方面高分辨率图像给网络传输带来很大的带宽压力,另一方面部分用户只关心图像中的局部目标区域。将图像处理技术应用于序列图像网络传输信息压缩,通过区分目标/背景,实现基于内容的信息压缩。实际试验结果表明,论文提出的算法具有较好的鲁棒性和实用性。 With the development of the media network technology,the transmission of serial images becomes more and more frequent.On one hand,the high resolution image brings great pressure to the network transmission.On the other hand,some users only care about the local area of the image.The image processing technique is applied to the compression of serial image network transmission information,and the information compression is realized by differentiating the target/background.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is robust and practical.
