Research and Development of European Standard S355J0 High Strength Low Alloy Structural Steel

通过分析欧标低合金高强度结构钢的使用条件,提出了欧标S355J0低合金高强度结构钢的技术要求,研究了EAF→LF→VD→连铸→加热→轧制生产S355J0钢的工艺措施。研发的欧标S355J0低合金高强度结构钢各项指标检验均符合客户要求,并成功通过用户试用打入国际市场。

Through the analysis of use conditions of the European standard high strength low alloy structuralsteel, the technical requirements of？European standard S355J0 high strength low alloy structural steel technology wereput forward, and the technological measures of S355J0 steel produced with the process EAF→LF→VD→continuouscasting→heating→rolling were studied. The results showed that the property value of the developed European standardS355J0 high strength low alloy structural steels could meet the customer＇s requirements, and the said steel successfullyentered the international market through the customers.
