Effect of Heat Treatment Process on Property of Forged NT- A Semi-steel

通过对NT-A锻造半钢热轧辊材料的不同热处理工艺性能检测的分析研究,进一步掌握了回火温度、回火时间与组织性能的关系及高温力学性能组织,为完善热处理工艺提供了试验理论依据。

Based on analysis of property of forged NT-A semi-steel roll for hot rolling after different heat treatment process, the relationship between tempering temperature, tempering time and structure, the relationship betweenperformance and high temperature mechanical properties, as well as the mechanical property and structure of the steelat high temperature were ascertained, which provides theoretical basis for improvement of the heat treatment process.
