摘要
在试制S30815(1Cr21Ni11Si2NCe)含铈奥氏体耐热钢管时,技术难度大。由于该钢含铈且有上、下限控制,而铈作为主要活泼元素之一,冶炼时不能及时分析,收得率波动大(5%-40%),易产生成分废品。试制结果表明,化学成分控制、室温性能等质量指标满足用户技术要求,工艺成熟。
From viewpoint of technical process, it is difficult to produce austenitic heat-resistant steel S30815(1Cr21Ni11Si2NCe) in trial scale. The steel contains Se, and has upper and lower limit for it. As an active element, Secan not be analyzed in time and its yield rate fluctuate greatly(5%-40%), which easily result in unqualified productsdue to failing to meet the composition requirement. The results of trial production showed that the chemical composition and room-temperature property of the said steel could meet the technical requirements of the customer.
