通过34mm×34mm方钢孔型设计、生产以及对生产中出现的表面凹槽问题进一步对孔型进行优化和改进,成功解决了制约方钢生产的质量问题,为该类钢的生产积累了宝贵经验。
Through study on groove surface phenomenon occurred during the manufacturing of 34 mm × 34 mmsquare steel, roll pass design was further optimized and improved,so production technician solved the problem of restricting the quality of square steel production successfully, and accumulated valuable experiences.
