对一生产区供电品质的改进探讨

摘要 攀长钢公司一生产区全部生产单位连轧、电渣、锻造、综合给水站、炼钢、两管、钛材、动力负荷均由一台63MVA变压器供电。由于30吨电炉建设投产在先,连轧生产线是后来追加的项目,因而当时在供电系统设计时,未考虑到将30吨电炉冶炼负荷与连轧负荷完全分离,因而造成在30吨电炉生产时,正常生产中的连轧厂粗轧、中轧、精轧、频繁跳闸。针对这一问题,在不改变供电方式的条件下,我们开展了这方面的专题研究,对一生产区供电品质进行了探讨与改进,确保了在30吨电炉生产时,连轧厂各生产线的正常生产。 Power load for continuous Rolling Mill Plant, Electroslag Workshop, Forging Shop, ComprehensiveWater Station, Steel Making Plant, and Titanium Factory of First Production Area was supplied by a 63 MVA transformer. For the 30 ton electric furnace went into operation before the continuous rolling product line, and when the powersupply system was designed, the design failed to consider separating the rolling load from 30 ton electric furnace smelting load, so it caused frequent trip in the production process. To solve this problem without changing the power supplyconditions, we conducted a special study in this area. The quality of power supply in this production area was discussedand improved to ensure that each production line of Rolling Plant can operate normally in the production of 30-tonelectric furnace.
