摘要
通过对民航北京和天津天气雷达数据进行实时采集和数据预处理,以Rainbow5气象软件包为核心,实现了京津天气雷达拼图,并详细介绍了拼图系统的方案设计、平台搭建、系统配置以及产品分发过程。本系统利用Proj4等距方位投影,采用最大值法生成组合反射率强度产品图,提供png和gif图像格式的下载。从拼图结果来看,京津天气雷达BT_PPI_015.ppi拼图产品能够正确反映出两地降雨的空间分布特征,组合反射率拼图产品(BT_CMAX.cmax)能够完整再现覆盖京津地区的一次雷暴天气过程。本系统生成的合成雷达图像具有范围广,分辨率高的优势,具有京津天气雷达相互独立的备份功能,有效地弥补了单部雷达运行的缺陷,扩大了管制员和预报员的决断范围,确保了民航飞行安全。
The data from Doppler weather radar are obtained and preprocessed by Beijing and Tianjin civil aviation.The Rainbow 5meteorological software are used for the radar data mosaic.The project design,platform construction,system configuration and product distribution processes are introduced in detail in this paper.The maximum method and azimuthal equidistant projection of Proj 4are used for generating the composite reflectivity intensity image.And the format of png,gif image are also provided by the system.The results show that the distribution characteristics of precipitation can be correctly reflect by BT_PPI_015.ppi and a thunderstorm weather process can be fully represented by BT_CMAX.cmax over Beijing-Tianjin region.The composite radar image of the system has advantages of wide range and high special resolution,which can play an important role in independent backup capabilities of two radars from Beijing and Tianjin.This system avoids the disadvantage of single weather radar,expands the judgment scope of air traffic controller and aviation forecaster,and ensures the civil aviation safety.
