我国众筹模式存在的问题与对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of the Mode of Crow-funding

现代众筹利用民间资本缓解了中小企业对于资金的渴求,但这一新兴事物在中国的发展遇到了一些挑战。通过分析我国众筹发展的现状,发现我国众筹在规模、项目以及平台上都存在一些问题,这些问题的产生主要是由我国众筹所处的市场环境以及法律环境两方面因素造成的。借鉴国外相关的激励制度、知识产权保护、信用平台构建等成熟经验,可以为我国众筹的良好发展提供借鉴。

Modern crow- funding which publishes fundraising project to raise money by internet begin to rise worldwide,and uses private capital to ease the difficulties of financing,but the development of this new thing in China has encountered a number of challenges. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of crow- funding deeply,finding there are lots of problems in size,project and platform of crow- funding. Through in- depth study,we find that these problems are mainly raised by the congregation of the market environment and legal environment. Finally,we learn from foreign- related incentive system,intellectual property protection,building of credit platform and other mature experience so that we can provide solutions for development of crow- funding in our country.
