通过理论研究揭示出各链条环节之间的协同均衡发展原理,并通过对湖南省"四链"的成长发育现状及协同性研究,找出失调失衡脱节的主要环节和原因,探索市场经济条件下,建立湖南"四链"协同均衡机制的对策建议,为湖南省委省政府建设创新湖南提供决策参考。

This paper reveals the principle of the coordination equilibrium mechanism of innovation chain,industry chain,capital chain and interests＇ chain,and then presents the correlation of Hunan innovation chain,industry chain,capital chain and interests＇ chain. At the same time,this paper reveals the reason of disconnect of the four chain. At last,it gives the suggestion for establishing Hunan coordination equilibrium mechanism of innovation chain,industry chain,capital chain and interests＇ chain.
