论当今中国“×二代”的危害、成因与抑制

"×二代"不是一种个别现象,而是当今中国社会利益分化与阶层固化较普遍的社会现象。"×二代"问题对我国经济社会发展带来诸多危害。"×二代"既是收入分配差距扩大的结果,又是收入分配差距扩大的原因。"×二代"的固化,会导致社会心理的畸变与扭曲,产生"仇官"、"仇富"的社会心理。"×二代"的固化,会导致违法犯罪增加和群体性事件频发,危及社会的稳定。"×二代"中的既得利益集团会阻碍改革的深化,阶层固化会抑制人们的创造性,阻碍经济可持续发展。"×二代"的形成,主要源于用人制度、户籍制度和财税制度的缺陷。要抑制"×二代"问题特别是根除制度不公的"×二代"问题,关键在于完善民主政治制度,废除城乡户籍制度,创新财政税收制度。

In today＇s China,the phenomenon of＂second- generation＂is not the individual phenomenon,it is the common social phenomenon originates from the interest differentiation and class solidity. The problems of ＂ second- generation＂ are bring many hazards to the economic and social development. The ＂ second- generation＂is the result of the widening income distribution gap,and the reason for the widening income distribution gap. The ＂ second- generation ＂ originates from the interest differentiation and class solidity,and will lead to the distortion of social psychology,to the social psychology of ＂ hate the officials ＂ and ＂ hate the rich＂. It will lead to the increase of crime and the frequent occurrence of mass incidents,which threaten the stability of the society. The vested interests will hinder the deepening of reform; the class solidity can inhibit people＇s creativity and hinder the sustainable development of economy. The formation of the ＂ second- generation＂ mainly originates from the defect of the human management system,the household registration system and the taxation System. To suppress ＂ second- generation＂ problems,the key is to improve the democratic political system,to reform of urban and rural household registration system,to innovate the fiscal and taxation system.
