摘要
在界定军工建设项目的概念和特点的基础上,结合高校军工建设项目管理实践,构建高校军工建设项目风险因素的理论模型。以工信部所属7所高校为研究样本,通过问卷调查方法获取数据,采用因子分析法对该模型进行实证检验。研究结果显示,军工建设项目风险因素由技术风险、管理风险、实施风险、经济风险、环境风险和保密风险等六个维度构成。
Based on the concept and characters of military industry construction projects,the conceptual model and operational definition of the risk elements for university military industry construction projects are put forward according to the practice of universities. The empirical research is made to validate reliability and validity of conceptual model with factor analysis based on the data from seven universities belonging to the department of industry and informatization. The results show that the risk elements can be divided into six dimension structures including technical risk,management risk,construction risk,economic risk,environment risk and keeping secret risk.
