摘要
通过健身瑜伽的实践教学,从普通高校大学生的心理和身体特点出发,结合大学教育教学的基本原理,在国内首次提出健身瑜伽"三段式"教学模式。结果表明,该教学模式能够增强学生瑜伽学习中的积极性,激发学生练习中的自主性,提高教学效率,重视对学生的身心灵教育,是符合健身瑜伽教学与训练的科学的教学模式,可以在高校瑜伽教学中积极推广。
Based on the practical teaching of fitness yoga,basic theory of college education,and psychological and physical features of college students,I come up with the ″three stage ″ teaching method of fitness yoga firstly in China. The results indicate that this education method can increase students' enthusiasm of learning yoga,arouse autonomy of practicing,and improve teaching efficiency. It attaches importance to mental education of students,so it is a scientific education method right for fitness yoga education and training and can be promoted in college yoga education.
