结合三角模糊理论和博弈论对不完全信息条件下企业协同创新中的知识共享问题特征进行分析,并创新性构建企业协同创新中的三角模糊矩阵博弈模型,研究知识共享、信任损失价值和利益分配比例对企业知识共享策略的影响机制,并结合模型探讨促进企业在协同知识创新战略中进行知识共享的对策与建议。

It is a vital approach to maintain and improve competitiveness in the era of knowledge and economy. Triangle fuzzy theory and game theory are adopted in this paper to analyze the characteristics of knowledge sharing in joint innovative activities under the condition of incomplete information. It proposes a new triangle fuzzy matrix game model to investigate the influence mechanism of knowledge sharing,trust loss value and interests distribution ratio on enterprises＇ knowledge sharing strategies. Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are provided to enhance knowledge sharing in joint innovative activities.
