长江经济带梯度开发开放与产业转移的对策研究——基于产业梯度的实证

Countermeasures on Industrial Development and Industrial Transfer in Gradient in the Yangtze River Economic Belt Based on Empirical Analysis of Industrial Gradient

产业梯度的实证分析表明长三角地区存在向长江中上游地区转移的客观条件和动力;产业梯度系数的测度可确立长三角和长江中上游地区开发开放的优势产业;根据相对长三角的产业梯度则可明确长江中上游各省区重点承接的产业。以实证分析为基础,提出进一步促进长江经济带梯度开发开放与产业转移的一系列应对策略与建议。

Empirical analysis indicates the objective conditions and power of the Yangtze River Delta Region are transferring to the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River; the measure of industrial gradient coefficients may establish the development and opening of the upstream industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt; according to the industrial gradient relative to the Yangtze River Delta Region,the key undertaking industries of the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River can be concluded. Based on the empirical analysis of industrial gradient,the paper proposes a series of coping strategies and suggestions to further promote the industrial development and industrial transfer in gradient in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
