摘要
采用FAO推荐方法测定磷化氢对烟草甲卵、幼虫、蛹(茧)、成虫的毒力,结果表明:磷化氢对卵、幼虫、蛹、茧、成虫的LC50分别为0.3950mg/L、0.2996mg/L、0.2034mg/L、0.5308mg/L、0.1039mg/L,毒力从大到小依次为:成虫>蛹>幼虫>卵>茧。烟草甲成虫最易被磷化氢熏蒸杀死,茧最难被磷化氢熏蒸杀死。磷化氢熏蒸的施药量应以害虫最难被熏蒸杀死虫态的有效剂量为依据,且熏蒸效果不能只用烟草甲成虫的死亡率来确定,还要检查其他虫态和茧的死亡情况。还提出了磷化氢熏蒸剂处理后烟草甲幼虫、成虫的死亡判定标准。
The toxicity of phosphine to the cigarette beetle, Lasioderma serricorne (Coleoptera: Anobiidae) was examined by FAO recommend Method. The results show that, the LC50 of the egg, larva, pupa, cocoon, a- dult of L. serricorne was 0. 3950 rag/L, 0. 2996 mg/L, 0. 2034 rag/L, 0. 5308 mg/L, 0.1039 mg/L. The a- dult was the easiest stage to be killed, and the egg was the most difficult one except the cocoon. The dosage of aluminium phosphide to choose was based on the stage of L. serricorne which was killed the most diffi- cultly. The effect of fumigation could not be determined by the mortality of adult, but also check the mor- tality of another stage and the cocoon. In addition, the study also pointed out the standard of death of the larva, adult after the phosphine fumigantion.
