大豆籽粒力学特性的实验与研究 被引量:11

摘要 使用Brookfield质构仪对不同含水率(9.98%、11.67%、13.34%、14.75%、16.27%、17.71%w.b.)的大豆籽粒在短轴、中轴和长轴上进行了压缩实验,测定并计算出大豆籽粒力学特性参数。同时,研究了含水率对大豆籽粒的力学特性参数的影响,并根据数据结果拟合出大豆籽粒力学特性参数与含水率的关系模型。实验及计算结果表明:随着含水率的增加,大豆籽粒的破坏力、破坏能、弹性模量、破坏应力逐渐减小,破坏应变逐渐增加。 In this paper, the Brookfield texture analyzer was used to take compression test to determine the me- ehanieal properties of soybean seeds of different moisture eontent(9.98%, 11.67%, 13.34%, 14.75%, 16. 27%, 17.71% w. b. ). And, the relationship between the moisture content and the meehanical properties of soybean seeds was discussed. The result showed that with the increase of moisture content, the destructive force, the destructive energy, the elastic modulus and the destructive stress decreases gradually, however, the destructive strain increases.
