横向通风系统充氮气调的数值模拟与现场试验对比 被引量:4

摘要 现阶段房式粮仓通风系统分为纵向与横向。基于CFD有限体积法对横向通风系统充氮气调过程中氮气流动和氮气浓度进行数值模拟研究,对比充氮气调现场试验数据后,表明横向通风系统充氮气调能达到很好的均匀性,为横向通风系统充氮气调推广提供理论基础。 At present, the ventilation system of the grain storage in warehouse can be divided into the horizontal ventilation and the vertical ventilation. Based on the finite volume method of Computational Fluid Dynam- ics(CFD), the numerical simulation of nitrogen flow and nitrogen concentration in the charging nitrogen process in horizontal ventilation system is carried out. After comparison of the experimental data of char- gling nitrogen field, it shows that charging nitrogen in horizontal ventilation system can achieve a good u- niformity of gas concentration, which provides a theoretical basis for the promotion of contrrolledat- mosohore with nitrogen inhorizontal ventilation system.
