摘要
在小麦中溴氰菊酯残留量测定中,通过对小麦粉进行加水浸泡,加入乙腈作为提取剂,对提取和净化步骤进行了优化改进,增大了提取率,提高了测定的准确度。通过回收加标实验,在0.15mg/kg,0.50mg/kg,1.00mg/kg三个加标质量分数下,回收率和相对标准偏差分别为90.13%和4.65%,94.20%和5.00%,93.76%和3.82%,满足农药残留测定实验的要求,为粮食中菊酯类农药残留检测提供了参考。
In the experiment of wheat deltamethrine residues detection, wheatmeal were extracted with acetoni- trile after water immertion. The method improved the extraction rate and the accurity of detection. The level content deltamethrine standards (0.15mg/kg, 0.50mg/kg, 1.00mg/kg), were 90.13% and 4.65%, 94.20% and 5.00%, 93.76% and 3.82%, respectively. The method met the requirements of pesticide de- tection, and had a reference significance for detecting deltamethrine residues in cereals.
