mNGF联合甲钴胺治疗周围性面神经麻痹88例临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法将88例周围性面神经麻痹者随机分为两组,观察组45例给予鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗,对照组43例给予甲钴胺治疗,比较治疗后两组的临床疗效、面神经功能评分和面神经的运动传导速度(MNCV)及感觉传导速度(SNCV)。结果观察组显效率明显好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组面神经功能障碍均有所恢复,观察组恢复率为86.7%,对照组恢复率为67.4%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组面神经的MNCV和SNCV显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺可以改善周围性面神经麻痹患者临床症状,恢复神经功能,提高感觉和运动神经的传导速度,疗效显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the curative effects of mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) combined with mecobalamine on infranuclear facial palsy. Methods 88 cases of infranuclear facial palsy were randomly divided into two groups. 45 cases in observation group were treated with mNGF combined with mecobalamine. 43 cases in control group were treated with mecobalamine. Comparison was made in postoperative clinical curative effects, facial nerve function scores, the motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV), and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) between the two groups, Results The significant efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). After the treatment, the facial nerve function showed some extent recovery in both groups both. The recovery rates of the observation and the control group were 86.7% and 67.4%, respectively. The difference was significant between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). After the treatment, the MNCV and SNCV in the observation group were significantly faster than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The treatment with mNGF combined with mecobalamine can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with infranuclear facial pals, restore the neurologic function, and improve the sensory and motor conduction velocity. It has obvious curative effects and is worthy of clinical promotion.
