摘要
为了考察大学生自我决定动机、时间管理倾向和学业拖延的关系.研究采用了大学生自我决定问卷、青少年时间管理倾向量表以及大学生学业拖沓问卷对639名大学生进行调查研究.结果发现:性别在延迟维度上存在显著差异;专业在学业拖延总分和延迟维度上差异显著;年级在计划不足维度上存在显著差异;自我决定动机和时间管理倾向存在显著正相关;自我决定动机与学业拖延存在显著负相关;自我决定动机既直接影响学业拖延,又通过时间管理倾向对其产生间接影响;时间管理倾向在自我决定动机和学业拖延之间发挥着完全中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例是87.8%.
In order to explore the relationship among self-determined motivation, the time management disposition and academic procrastination, an investigation is conducted among 639 undergraduates by use of the Self-determination Question- naire for Undergraduates, the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Inventory, the Academic Procrastination Inventory for College Students. The results showed: significant gender differences were found in the dimension of procrastination; the student's major is found to exert significant differences in the dimensions of total academic procrastination and procrastination; significant grade differences were found in the dimension of insufficient planning; there was significantly positive correlation be- tween self-determined motivation and time management tendency; self-determined motivation not only affects academic pro- crastination directly ,but also has an indirect effect on it through time management tendency; time management tendency plays an absolute mediating role between self-determined motivation and academic procrastination, with the mediating effect account- ing for up to 87.8% in the total effect.
