内江市三县两区旅游项目建设中的问题及对策

Problems in the Tourist Project Construction in the Three Counties and Two Districts of Neijiang and the Counter Measures

通过实地考察,并与各相关职能部门进行座谈后形成的调查报告,清晰地反映了2014年内江市三县两区的旅游项目建设和旅游发展工作不平衡的状况,分析认为既存在土地资源约束的客观问题,也存在体制机制、整体规划与设计方面的主观问题。由此提出了积极支持县区做好做实中长期旅游发展规划、建设两区重点打造沱江河畔休闲旅游观光带、统筹组织宣传内江的旅游资源、聚集财力重点优先实施两区市郊重点旅游项目等对策建议。

By means of fie｜d survey and informal discussions with relevant executive departments, an investigation report is made, which clearly tells us the imbalanced conditions of the tourist project construction and tourism development. The anal- ysis states that the problems fall into types; objective ones like chanic problems, the holistic planning and design mistakes. It the restraint of land resources and subjective ones like the me- is thus suggested that a medium-to-long-term development be made for the counties and districts priority be given to the construction of the riverside sight-seeing belts along the Tuojiang River; a holistic publicity campaign be launched to introduce the tourism resources in Neijiang; financial resources be concen- trated on the construction of the suburb key tourism projects.
