大隐静脉曲张腔内微创手术的治疗效果

Clinical effect of minimally invasive intracavitary surgery on varicosis of great saphenous vein

目的:探讨腔内微创手术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法:2012年3月至2014年3月我院治疗的142例大隐静脉曲张病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组72例,对照组70例。对照组采用传统手术——大隐静脉高位结扎+抽剥术治疗。治疗组采用腔内微创手术治疗。观察手术时间和术中出血量、住院时间以及术后并发症。随访8月至2年,观察大隐静脉曲张复发情况。结果:治疗组的手术时间、术中出血和住院时间分别为35.4±4.3 min,7.6±1.8 ml和5.3±1.9d,均少于对照组(89±8.1min,16.1±2.7ml和8.4±2.2d),差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组并发症的发病率分别为4.1%和9.4%。治疗组和对照组分别复发1例和8例。两组差别具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:腔内微创手术治疗大隐静脉曲张具有较好的临床效果,并且并发症少,复发率低。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive intracavitary surgery on varicosis of great saphenous vein.Methods：One hundred and forty-two patients with varicosis of great saphenous vein treated in our hospital from March,2012 to March,2014 were randomly divided into treatment group（72cases）and control group（70cases）.The control group was treated with great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping operation.The treatment group was treated with minimally invasive intracavitary surgery.The surgery time,bleeding during operation,length of stay,complications and recovery rates were observed.Results：The surgery time,bleeding during operation and length of stay of treatment group（35.4±4.3min,7.6±1.8ml and 5.3±1.9d）were less than that of the control group（89±8.1min,16.1±2.7ml and 8.4±2.2d）（P〈0.05）.The complications and recovery rate of treatment were lower than that of the control group（4.1% v.s 9.1%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Minimally invasive intracavitary surgery on varicosis of great saphenous vein has good clinical effect and few complications and low recovery rate.
