妇产科护理纠纷影响因素及护理效果评价

Cause analysis and countermeasures that maternity nursing common dispute

目的:探讨发生妇产科护理常见纠纷的影响因素,并评价护理效果。方法:选取我院2013年9月-2014年9月就诊的妇产科疾病患者120例作为试验组,选取2012年8月-2013年8月的妇产科疾病患者120例作为对照组,试验组在常规护理基础上增加心理护理。回顾性分析妇产科护理纠纷的影响因素,评价两组护理效果。结果:经过统计,有效护理后的试验组患者的平均住院时间为(7.59±3.42)天,治愈率达到96.7%,患者的满意度评分为(96.39±4.41)分,均明显强于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:积极解决妇产科护理纠纷,采取有效护理措施,可以明显提高护理效果。

Objective：To explore the influencing factors of common disputes in obstetrics and gynecology nursing,and to evaluate the effect of nursing.Methods：One hundred and twenty cases of obstetrics and gynecology disease patients in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected as the experimental group,another 120 cases of obstetrics and gynecology disease patients in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected as the control group.The patients in experimental group were nursing with psychological nursing and conventional nursing.The influence factors of gynecology and obstetrics nursing disputes were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups of nursing.Results：In experiment group,the average hospital stay was 7.59±3.42 days,cure rate was 96.7% and the satisfaction scores was 96.39±4.41.All of these were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The positive solution of gynecology and obstetrics nursing disputes and effective nursing measures can significantly improve the effect of nursing care.
