间变大细胞淋巴瘤伴有皮肤损害2例报道及文献复习

摘要 间变大细胞淋巴瘤是非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一个独立亚型。儿童间变大细胞淋巴瘤(Anaplastic large cell lymphoma,ALCL)侵袭性较强,进展快,在诊断初期极易误诊,延误了治疗,从而影响预后。本文将我科确诊的2例伴有皮肤损害的间变大细胞淋巴瘤进行总结及相关文献复习。
