工业钙水制备硫酸钙晶须的实验研究

摘要 碳酸钡矿经盐酸浸提氯化钡以后,其高浓度工业钙水富含钙离子,经硫酸沉淀、洗涤、干燥后得到硫酸钙晶须。讨论了溶液中杂质离子、钙水浓度、硫酸浓度和反应温度对硫酸钙晶须形貌和长径比的影响。结果表明:必须对溶液中的杂质离子进行去除、CaCl_2浓度维持在0.4%、硫酸浓度在15%、反应温度在100℃左右较为合适。 Witherite was leached by hydrochloric acid,and the experiment of calcium recovery was studied in the Industrial Calcium Solution.And calcium was precipitated with sulphuric acid,after washing and drying,the calcium sulfate whiskers product was obtained.Discussed that the foreign ion,the concentration of calcium solution,sulphuric acid mass concentration,reaction temperature on the surface topography of calcium sulfate whiskers.Results indicated:the foreign ion must be removed,keeping the concentration of calcium solution 0.4%,the concentration of calcium solution 15%,reaction temperature is 100℃.
