酯交换法制备棉籽油烷醇酰胺的工艺优化

Process Optimization of Synthesis of Cottonseed Oil Alkyl Alcohol Amide by Ester Exchange Method

烷醇酰胺因其在增稠、增泡、稳泡、润湿等方面的优异性能,在纺织助剂、洗涤剂、塑料等领域具有十分广泛的应用,有关烷醇酰胺产品的开发和研究也成为了当今的一个热门课题。本文以棉籽油、甲醇钠、二乙醇胺、甲醇等为原料,通过酯交换法(两步法)合成了棉籽油烷醇酰胺,并且对工艺中的主要工艺参数作了分析,找出了工艺的最佳优化条件。使用棉籽油作原料合成烷醇酰胺,具有原料成本低、经济价值高等特点,值得推广应用。

The Alkyl alcohol amide has a variety of functions,such as thickening,increasing foam,foam stability,wetting and so on.It has a wide application in the fields of textile auxiliaries,detergent,plastic,and so on.The development and research of the alkyl alcohol amide products have also become a hot topic nowadays.In this thesis cottonseed oil,sodium methoxide,diethanolamine,methanol,as raw materials,cottonseed oil alkyl alcohol amide was synthesized by two steps,And the main technological parameters of the process were analyzed,and the optimum conditions of the process were found out.Using cottonseed oil as raw material to synthesize alkyl alcohol amide,has the characteristics of low cost and high economic value.It is worth to be popularized.
