50%环酰菌胺悬浮剂反相高效液相色谱分析

摘要 建立50%环酰菌胺悬浮剂中有效成分含量的反相高效液相色谱分离测定方法。以甲醇-水为流动相,使用以Eclipse XDB-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,在210nm波长下,采用反相高效液相色谱法对环酰菌胺悬浮剂进行分离与定量分析。该分析方法的线性相关系数R^2为0.9999,标准偏差为0.067,变异系数为0.13%,平均回收率为98.87%。试验表明该方法简便、精准,可快捷测定环酰菌胺含量,适用于农药生产质量控制与成分分析。 The RP-HPLC method for the determination of active ingredient content in Fenhexamid 50% SC was established.A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Fenhexamid 50% SC by RP-HPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase,Eclipse XDB-C18 column and UV detector at 210 nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9999,the standard deviation was 0.067,the variation coefficient was 0.13%,the average recovery was 98.87%.The method was convenient and accurate that can be used for determination of Fenhexamid,which is appropriate for pesticide quality control and component analysis.
