摘要
心理拓展训练打破传统培训模式,促使员工变"被动学习"为"主动学习",受到了企业管理者的积极关注。本文梳理了企业培训缺乏科学认知、模块设计不合理、员工迁移主动性不够等瓶颈问题,结合企业培训目标、内容、形式分析了心理拓展训练的可行性,从倡导科学理念、科学设计模块、巩固迁移效果等方面探讨了提升企业文化软实力、员工核心竞争力的运用策略。
Psychological training can break traditional training model and change "passive learning" into "active learning", so it has attracted great attention from the enterprise managers. This article analyzes the bottleneck problems and the demand of the current enterprise training and also explores the strategies of how to improve the cultural soft power of the enterprise and the core competitiveness of the staff based on the aspects of advocating scientific ideas, scientifically designing modules, and consolidating, the migration effects.
