摘要
大数据时代的到来,为商业模式的创新提供了新的思路。本文在分析商业模式创新的基础上,从两大视角阐述了大数据环境下的商业模式创新:一是从企业自身角度,分析了商业模式在价值主张、客户细分、关键业务、盈利模式等方面的创新;二是从产业链视角,根据产业链不同环节盈利模式的不同,提出了数据自营模式、数据租售模式和数据平台模式三种新兴的商业模式。这为企业在大数据时代提升其核心竞争力、提高经济运行效率提供了一个创新的系统性分析框架。
The era of big data provides the new ideas for the business model innovation. Based on the analysis of business model in- novation, under the background of big data, it analyzes the business model innovation in value proposition, customer seg- mentation, key business and profit model from enterprise's own point of view; and from the view of industrial chain, it proposes three emerging business models, that is, data proprietary model, data rental model and data platform model according to the different profit models in various links of industry chain. This analysis gives a systematic framework to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and to improve the efficiency of economic operation in the big data era.
