江西医药产业发展对策

作为代表江西速度、实现"科学发展、进位赶超、绿色崛起"的战略性新兴产业之一,江西医药产业整体规模不断壮大,品牌优势较为突出、产业集聚态势明显。针对江西省医药产业存在的行业发展缺乏政策推动、创新能力薄弱、企业规模偏小、中药材资源紧张等问题,文章从加大产业扶持力度、强化创新驱动、推进投融资体系创新、完善金融服务和强化中药制造业主体地位、重视中、低价药生产等诸方面建言献策,以期推动江西医药产业的可持续发展。

As one of an emerging industries indicating Jiangxi speed and achieving the strategy of scientific development, catching-up and green rising, Jiangxi pharmaceutical industry is growing in the whole scale, with prominent brand advantage and obvious industry concentration trend. Aiming at the issues as lack of industry development policies, weak innovation capability, small-scale enterprises and Chinese herbal medicine resource constraints in Jiangxi pharmaceutical industry, this article puts forward the suggestions of increasing industry support, strengthening innovation-driving force, promoting investment and financing system innovation, improving financial services and strengthening dominant position of Chinese herbal medicine, and paying attention to production of low-cost medicine as to promote the sustainable development of Jiangxi pharmaceutical industry.
