长江经济带视域下九江产业集群的培育

产业集群把产业发展与区域经济有机结合起来,通过分工专业化、交易便利性提升区域竞争力。在长江经济带开放开发升级为国家战略重大机遇下,江西要实现跨越式发展,应利用九江沿江的区位优势,提高对外开放水平,依托九江优势产业或骨干企业,加强规划引导、优化产业平台、做大骨干企业、围绕产业招商、优化营商环境,培育九江产业集群,打造对接长江中游城市群建设重要产业引擎。

In the important opportunity of the Yangtze River e-conomic zone opening development upgrade to a national strategy, in order to realize a great-leap-forward development, Jiangxi Province should take advantage of Jiujiang location, improve the level of opening-up to the outside world, rely on the competitive industries or backbone enterprises of Jiujiang, strengthen the planning guidance, optimize the industrial platform, expand backbone enterprises, make industrial investments, optimize the environment of business, cultivate Indus- trial Cluster of Jiujiang, and make an important industry engine docking to urban agglomeration in the middle reach of the Yangtze River.
