摘要
文章以三元结构理论为基础,依据国家、市场、社会三大领域主体的结构特征和行为特征,提出了公益动员机制的三种理想类型:行政化公益动员、市场化公益动员和社会化公益动员,并对三种理想类型的公益动员机制进行了描述和分析。研究认为,每一种动员机制都有其制度性优势与不足,其作用的范围也有所差异,应对三种类型的公益动员机制进行优化,以充分发挥不同公益动员机制的特点和优势。
Based on the "third-sector" theory, according to the structure and behavior features ot the government, market anu society, the article puts forward three ideal types of philanthropy mobilization mechanism, that is, administrative philanthropy mo- bilization, market-oriented philanthropy mobilization and social philanthropy mobilization. Through the above description, analysis and comparison of the three mobihzation mechanisms, it is considered that each mobilization mechanism has its own advantages and disadvantages, and its effective range is different as well. This article thinks that the three philan- thropy mobilization mechanisms needs to be optimized as to make use of their own strengths of every mechanism.
