初沉污泥厌氧消化中试系统的启动与调试

摘要 为了更好地实现污泥减量化和资源化,将污水气浮处理系统与初沉污泥中温厌氧消化系统相结合,用污水气浮处理系统产生的初沉污泥进行厌氧消化,并且进行中试系统的启动和调试。结果表明:在初沉污泥中温厌氧消化系统启动过程中,TS和vs去除率,日产沼气量,沼气产率和甲烷含量都呈现出先逐渐升高,再逐渐降低,并最终趋于稳定的趋势。pH为7.3-7.8,TS和VS的平均去除率分别是24%和30%,日产沼气量和沼气产率分别是188L/d和224L/kg,甲烷含量基本稳定在56%左右,中试系统成功地启动并运行。 A new pilot system of the dissolved air floatation and mesophilic anaerobic digestion was built in a sewage wastewater treatment plant for sludge reduction and recycling, and its start-up and commissioning were carried out. The raw slugde was produced by dissolved air floatation, which was used to mesophilic anaerobic digestion. The results showed that the removal rate of TS and VS, daffy biogas production and productivity, and methane content increased firstly, then decrease gradu- ally, and finally tended to stability during the start-up stage of raw sludge mesophilic anaerobic digestion system. The pilot sys- temstarted successfully and ran, when the pH was in 7.3-7.8, TS and VS removal rates were 24% and 30%, daily biogas production and productivity were 188 L/d and 224 L/kg, methane content was 56% approximately, respectively.
