以审判需求为导向的预备法官培训制度探讨——以H省法官学院预备法官培训实践为样本

Perfection of Training System of Preparatory Judge in Trial Needs——A Sample of Training of Judges in H Province Judicial Academy

预备法官培训制度定位于培训和输送合格的法官,满足法院审判任务的需要,推进法官队伍职业化、精英化。以我国中部H省预备法官培训实践为例,可以发现我国现行预备法官培训制度存在不足。借鉴世界发达国家及地区预备法官培训制度的经验,我国预备法官培训要引入双班主任制、实习法官制、考核淘汰制等,以提高预备法官培训制度的科学性和培训效能,实现制度目的。

The training system of the preparatory judges is to train and deliver qualified judges to meet the needs of the court trial and make judges professional and elite. Taking the practice of preparatory judge training in China＇s central H province as an example,we can find some problems in China＇s current training system of preparatory judges. Learning from the experience about preparatory judge training system in the developed countries and regions,for preparatory judge training in our country we should introduce system of double head teachers,practice judge and assessment etc. to improve the science and effectiveness of the preparatory judge training system and to achieve the goal of regulation.
