十二指肠乳头局部喷洒肾上腺素对胆总管结石ERCP术后胰腺炎的预防作用 被引量：3

摘要 经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）经过多年的不断发展和完善已广泛应用于肝胆胰疾病的诊断与治疗，成为胆总管结石治疗的首选措施。但无论是诊断性还是治疗性ERCP均属于有创性操作技术，可能出现一些难以避免的并发症，其中急性胰腺炎（AP）是ERCP术后最常见的并发症。
