胰腺癌微环境的特点及研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 胰腺解剖学位置隐蔽，由于缺乏特异性的临床症状，因此仅有10％-15％的患者有手术切除机会。以吉西他滨为基础的一线化疗方案使患者生存获益有限，中位生存期6个月左右。联合化疗方案FOLFIRINOX可将患者的中位生存时间提高到11．1个月，但因毒副作用的增强限制了其只适用于一般状况良好的胰腺癌患者。
