慢性胰腺炎继发糖尿病的治疗新进展

摘要 慢性胰腺炎（chronicpancreatis，CP）是由不同因素造成的胰腺组织和功能的持续和进行性损害，其病理特征为胰腺纤维化，最终导致胰腺内、外分泌功能不全。
