Research on the Corrosion Reason of Relay of SIEMENS Disconnecting Switch and the Moisture-Proof in Mechanism Box

本文针对500k V福园变电站内的西门子系列刀闸机构箱内继电器元件存在较普遍的锈蚀、卡涩、拒动等故障情况,分析造成继电器元件锈蚀卡涩的主要原因,探讨此类型刀闸机构箱防潮改造的有效措施,以解决设备安全隐患,提高设备健康安全运行水平。

In view of the problems in mechanism boxes of disconnecting switch of SIEMENS series in the500 k V Fuyuan Substation,of which the relay components are easy to corrode,jam,block and so on.This paper analyzes the reason for these problems,and gives solutions to improve the sound functioning of the equipment.
