摘要
本文通过准确的汽车钢板弹簧总成的非线性力学性能研究,保证主簧刚度和复合刚度的设计值,同时大幅降低产品的应力。在满足人们对车辆操控性、舒适度、承载能力的同时,提高钢板弹簧总成的使用寿命和行驶的安全性。
Through accurate nonlinear mechanical properties research of vehicle leaf spring,the paper ensures that the design value of the primary spring stiffness and the rigidity of the composite,and at the same time the stress of the product can be greatly reduced.The design can not only meet demands for the vehicle handling,comfort,carrying capacity,but also improve the assemble durability of the leaf spring and the driving safety.
