摘要 铁路货运是铁路运输的重要组成部分,运输的安全评估具有十分重要的意义。本文通过分析铁路货运安全的影响因素,建立铁路货运安全评估指标体系,包括人员、设备、规章制度3个一级指标和细化9个二级指标。并利用层次分析法(AHP)计算各级指标权重,对各细分指标权重进行排序,帮助找到关键影响因素;利用铁路货运安全评估模型对具体货运案例进行风险评估,有利于优化货运条件,提高铁路货运的安全性。 Railway freight transportation is an important part of railway transportation, and it has very important significance for safety assessment. By analyzing the factors affecting the safety of railway freight transportation, the paper established the railway freight transportation safety evaluation index system. It has three primary indexes, including personnel, equipment, rules and regulations and it also has nine secondary indexes. Hierarchy Process Analytic (AHP) is used to calculate the weights of all levels, and the weight of each index is sorted to help find the key factors. The model is used to carry out the risk assessment in the freight transportation, which is ad- vantageous to optimize the freight transportation condition and improve its safety.
