摘要 "导学约课"充分发挥开放教育学习在时间、空间、形式上的灵活性,以缓和学员家庭、工学矛盾为目的,充分体现以人为本、按需服务的理念,学员乐意接受。在"导学约课"的各个环节中,倡导教师主导与学员的主体地位,强调教师的导学要以学习者为中心,以现代教育技术手段为支撑,通过多种媒体的综合运用,将教师的引导、指导、诱导、辅导、督导贯穿于学员自主学习的全过程,激发学员的学习兴趣和学习主动性,培养学员的自主学习能力,探索开放教育教学新模式,使开放教育教学达到最佳效果。 The "Guidance and Appointment Learning" gives full play to the opening education study in time, space, form of flexibil- ity, to ease students family, learning, for the purpose, fully embodies the concept of people - oriented, on - demand service, students willing to accept.
