《军事体育训练改革发展纲要》提出军事体育训练的组训人员是保证体能训练科学化的一个关键因素。构建我军军事体育训练人才资质认证制度,就成为当前军体研究的一个重点。通过研究提出我军军事体育训练人才资质认证考核体系的基本构想,推动我军军事体育训练人才资质认证制度的建立,以规范我军军事体育训练人才的划分和培训机构的办学,确保我军军事体育训练人才培养的质量。

The Reform and Development Program of the 2015-2020 Military Physical Training has advanced that the trainers of the military physical exercise is a key element to ensure the scientificity of physical training.Then to build the qualification authentication system for the military physical training talents just becomes an important aspect in our current military studies.This paper will put forward the basic conception of the qualification authentication system for military physical training talents,promote the establishment of the qualification authentication system for the military physical exercise trainers so as to regulate the division of the military physical training talents and the running of the training institutes to ensure the high-quality cultivation of military physical training talents.
