Development and Design of Ethnic Villages' Management Information System Based on GIS

云南是少数民族人口大省,民族自然村基础信息的信息化管理和建设显得尤为重要。针对民族自然村基础信息管理的特点以及存在的问题,设计和开发民族自然村管理信息系统。详细阐述了系统的架构设计、功能设计及空间数据库设计,对实现系统的ArcGIS Server、Flex等关键技术进行分析和讨论,并给出部分功能实现结果。该系统旨在建立一个民族自然村信息管理的空间可视化平台,实现民族自然村的空间查询定位、空间分析和民族自然村属性在线编辑等功能,便于相关部门的管理。

Yunnan is a province with a large number of minority ethnic populations, so the information management and construction of ethnic villages has been particularly important. According to the characteristics and problems of the management of ethnic villages, this paper developed and designed an ethnic villages' management information system. The paper described the architecture design, function design of system and the spatial database design, analyzed and discussed the Arc GIS Server, Flex and other key technologies for the system realization, then gave the results of partial function's achievement. The system is designed to establish a spatial visualization platform of ethnic villages' information management to achieve the function of spatial query and positing, spatial analysis of ethnic villages, and edit the ethnic villages' properties on-line, to facilitate the management of the relevant department.
