摘要 以"河长制"河流水环境管理新模式为出发点,采用B/S架构,前端用Flex进行RIA开发,后端由ArcGIS Server提供GIS服务支持,使用超文本预处理器(PHP)脚本进行数据库交互与用户身份验证,将地形图、卫星图进行切片化处理加快地图浏览,通过ArcGIS提供的API在Flex中获取要素集并经后续处理实现多种查询方式,嵌入统计算法代码并结合图表展现形式实现数据的统计分析,开拓信息录入更新和发布渠道,利用多种事件派发和侦听机制来增强用户交互体验,结合管理需求完善河长的信息管理和考核评分过程。 Starting with a brand new river environment managerial mode, the 'River Leader ' regime, a corresponding system was designed and implemented in this paper, using B/S structure, with Flex developing RIA at the front-end and Arc GIS Server offering GIS services at the back-end, while PHP script was employed to database interaction and users identification verification. Both terrain and satellite maps were tiled for faster view. API for Flex offered by Arc GIS can be utilized for various queries based on the acquisition of feature sets in Flex. Statistics analysis, information input, update and publishing are all taken into consideration, and user experience is enhanced by event dispatch-listen mechanism. The process of 'River Leader' management and assessment is improved, according to actual managerial needs.
