摘要
培养拔尖创新人才是高校义不容辞的职责。高校应积极探索多样化的人才培养体系,促进创新人才的培养。基于此,对武汉大学测绘学院构建具有测绘特色的人才培养体系模式进行了探讨,对培养测绘工程专业"三创"人才有一定的参考意义。
Colleges and Universities should actively explore diversified talents training system, and promote the cultivation of innovative talents. On the Basis of this, Wuhan University College talents cultivation system model which having surveying and mapping characteristic was discussed in this paper. This system would have certain reference significance for the Three Creative Talents of surveying and mapping engineering.
