摘要
研究了 1 1种矿物质吸附到焦炭表面对焦炭溶损反应的催化作用 .结果表明 :Ba O,Ca O,Fe2 O3 ,V2 O5,Mn O2 ,Cu O,Zn O,Pb O2 具有正催化作用 ,作用顺序为 :Ba O>Fe2 O3 >Ca O>Pb O2 >Zn O>Cu O>Mn O2 ≈ V2 O5>Mg O;Ti O2 ,B2 O3 具有负催化作用 ,作用顺序为 :B2 O3 >Ti O2 ;Mg O几乎不起作用 .在吸附的 1 1种矿物质中 ,Ba O具有最强的正催化作用 ,B2
Catalytic effects of eleven minerals on solution loss reaction of coke were studied in this paper.The results indicated that BaO,CaO,Fe 2O 3,V 2O 5,MnO 2,CuO,ZnO and PbO 2 have positive catalysis and catalytic order is:BaO>Fe 2O 3>CaO>PbO 2>ZnO>CuO>MnO 2≈V 2O 5>MgO.TiO 2 and B 2O 3 has negative catalysis and catalytic order is:B 2O 3>TiO 2.Catalytic effect of MgO is not determined.LSL(Loading saturation level)of BaO,CaO,Fe 2O 3 is 1wt% adsorbed amount.
